SINPAS GYO Sales Office Terrace & Vertical Garden — Ankara | 2012
A custom terrace and vertical garden project combining living plants with timber and glass architectural elements to create a distinctive, lower-maintenance green façade.

Client Needs
The client wanted to transform the sales office terrace into an attractive outdoor environment while creating a strong visual identity for the building façade. The solution needed to introduce substantial greenery without covering the entire façade with a conventional living wall, which would have increased both installation and ongoing maintenance costs.
Garden Conditions & Challenges
The project was located on an existing terrace, requiring careful coordination of drainage, waterproofing, terrace construction details and planting systems.
The façade also presented a design challenge: creating the visual impact of a large vertical garden while controlling the amount of living plant material and maintaining practical access for future care and maintenance.

Our Solution
Quant developed a custom vertical garden combining living plant panels with timber and glass architectural elements. The project included terrace landscaping, drainage, waterproofing, irrigation and a dedicated misting system for the living wall, creating a visually strong but low-maintenance solution.
